POSITION SCOPE
An Bertolli Sales Representative is a direct seller who responds to customer sales leads and provides product demonstrations including hardwood and laminate flooring installation, refinishing,tile installations,stairs and repairs in the customerís own home.Sales Representatives can generate additional income from building their own business.

WHAT YOU DO!
Responds to all sales appointments in service region.
Conducts in-home product and service presentations, we will teach you our methods of working.
Perform follow up calls for both new and past customers.
Provides answers to customer inquiries concerning products and pricing.
WHAT YOU NEED!
2-3 years sales experience a plus (in-home sales preferred).
Must possess a high degree of self-motivation, and well developed planning, organization and time management skills.
Have excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills, and the ability to present both product and service capabilities of the company in response to the unique needs of each customer.
Must be flexible to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
