He was out to the house with an estimate within 2 days, and his estimate was in line with other estimates. The difference is that Bruno separated his estimate by line item as opposed to presenting me with one price. I appreciated that because I liked to be able to see where I was spending my money and it made the estimate feel more transparent. Other contractors didn't do this. Bruno responded to my call almost immediately after I placed an email through Angie's List. He was out the same day to provide an estimate to have my master bedroom floors refinished. The floors were in horrible shape; approx. 100 screws and some areas of the floor were actually cut out. They replaced approx. 80 sq. ft. and "weaved in" the new flooring. They look brand new and you can't tell where the screws and old flooring were. They matched the red oak exactly and stained the floors to match the other hardwood in the house. They were great to work with. Called Bruno and set up appointment for estimate. He showed up on time and quickly had an estimate completed. Went to their supplier to pick out flooring and paid them directly. Flooring was delivered three days later without an issue. On day of install, I had to go to work so I left the door open for them. Bruno called around 4:30 to tell me that the job was done. When I got home, the floor look great. They cleaned up so well that I could not even tell where they had done the cutting. All the moldings were secure and looked great. I would not hesitate to use them for another project.

I had approximately 500 SF of engineered hardwood that is glued to a cement slab replaced. The existing floor had to be removed, slab scraped and new flooring installed. The entire process was done in 1 day. The job included removal and reinstallation of a pedistal sink and toilet. The shoe molding was also replaced as part of the job. I had two quotes for the job, Bertelli Floors won the job based on reputation, price and the professionalism of Bruno, the owner. The work was scheduled for one week after the award of the job. The flooring was delivered the next day so it could acclimate to the environment of the house. A three man crew arrived promptly the morning of the job with Ronnie being the supervisor. The crew worked non stop except for a lunch break and appeared to be craftsmen of their trade, not just hired hands. Preparations were made to keep dust contained to the area of the house being worked on and there was no mess in the house after job was completed. Having laid floor myself in the past, I can say the quality of the work is excellent and I am very pleased with the job. The only issue encountered was the re-installation of the sink had to be rescheduled for the next day because I had a meeting at 6:00 pm, and we ran out of time. The plumber did not show the next day, but after rescheduling, the plumber showed up as promised.

I own a 2,800 sq ft home built in 1996. I finally decided to upgrade by getting rid of my carpets and install a quality wood floor (4 large rooms, two stairways and hallways). After searching for a month (internet, word of mouth, etc.) I decided to employ Bertolli Floors due to the terrific feedback on Angies List. I was not disappointed. As a matter of fact, I'm very excited to provide feedback. Bruno gave me a fair estimate of work and he helped me to decide on a final product. He was very professional and even helped me to cut costs in the purchase of the solid wood floor. There were no problems at all. The materials (very high quality) were delivered as agreed upon, and the installation team (Ronny's crew and Luciano for the stairs) arrived exactly as promised and did an outstanding job!!! They were truly a pleasure to work with (unlike my experiences from other contractors for our kitchen cabinets, appliances, roofing, and exterior painting). I'm a retired Construction and Operations Manager. As to be expected, I'm very meticulous and of course, I was very apprehensive due to my past problems with contractors during the current process. Everything went as planned down to the final detail and the result was excellent. I'm the first to complain but I have no complaints or concerns. Ronny did an outstanding job of explaining his work and answering my incessant questions. The work should have taken 4 to 5 days according to my estimate and those guys finished in two days. No muss - no fuss. Don't misunderstand - they did not rush or cut corners. They are true artisans who have pride in their craft. I have already contacted Bruno to have his team expand the original scope of work to include another 500 or so sq feet of flooring and to replace all my builder quality wooden bannister/handrails with iron rails etc. I'm actually looking forward to having them come back for the additional work. All the crews were supervised by Ronny but those guys didn't need supervision. Everyone knew their job and worked their hearts out. Luciano did the final work on my stairs. WOW! That guy stained/sanded/stained/sanded etc, etc, etc. until my stairs were perfect. He took the time to explain what he was doing and how I should maintain my investment. Ronny was very patient with me and kept me up to date on his team's progress and what to expect. Had several areas of hardwood floor damage, mainly scratches from a dog. After finding Bertolli floors on Angie's list, I called Bruno, and he came out to give me an estimate within a couple of days. I did get opinions/estimates from a couple of other companies, but I decided to go with Bertolli floors because of their responsiveness and professionalism. To be honest, the estimate from Bertolli floors was not the cheapest I got, but I really got the feeling that Bruno knew what he was talking about and could do the job well. Bruno was up front with me about the fact that some of the scratches were so deep that it may affect the staining in those areas. I decided to go ahead with the refinishing, and the results were better than I expected. Floor looks almost as good as new. They also installed new shoe molding, which looks great.

Not only do my engineered hardwood floors look amazingly good, but Bertolli handled an unpleasant situation with my condo with grace and good humor. The condo management initially declined my proposal to use cork as an underlayment. By the time they approved the project, the crew had gone home. We had wanted to have hardwood floors installed on the second floor of our home for quite some time, but were hesitant because we knew that we had some VERY uneven areas that were quite noticeable even with carpet in place. The Bertolli's arrived on time for our estimate. I liked them from the start, but took 3 other estimates from other contractors also recommended on Angies. All of the estimates were in the same price range. Another owner in my bldg had used Bertolli and I saw the work they did in his place and that sealed the deal. They set up a time to deliver the hardwood and delivered on time. One week later, they arrived on time for the install and although the Bertolli's themselves weren't part of the install, the foreman that took care of it all was professional and courteous. I didn't think they could do the whole thing (move furniture, remove carpet and install) in only about 7 hours, but they did. We have a 6pm cutoff in our bldg for home repair and they were wrapping up at 5:55pm. I kinda wish they had more time because they were rushing to get done. Otherwise it went fine. The floors look fabulous. Their price was competitive and I recommended to another friend who also used them and I rec'd a referral bonus. (Nice touch!) If you want good floors, fast install and professional service and followup, go with Bertolli.

Even with a water pipe that burst from being updated that flooded the downstairs family room, Bertolli took care of everything. Expert Quality Work & First Class Customer Service ! After weeks spent obtaining quotes from various contractors, we had all but decided to scrap our idea of taking out a pre-fab tub/shower in an upstairs bath and installing a tiled walk-in shower. Fantastic and highly recommended! I'll preface this review by sharing that I'm a perfectionist. I also used to do construction and renovations for a living. There are some really great contractors, some really bad ones, and a bunch in between. I've fired contractors and have had to completely undo and redo shoddy work. I do almost all of my own work as I can take my time and be meticulous. I have high standards and expectations. The engineered hardwoods in the home we bought were damaged beyond repair. Bertolli Floors (Ronny's team) removed and replaced them with new engineered hardwoods. Seams between the planks are nice and tight, they alternated lighter and darker boards for a better color effect, and they continually cleaned up the glue so none remained on any boards when the job was done. When I pointed out a couple of minor imperfections they promptly took care of them. The new floors look absolutely fantastic. We also had Bertolli remove and replace the carpeted stairs and landing with hardwood, matching the new floors. Jairo did an amazing job matching the color of the stairs (hand stained and polished) with the floors (factory prefinished). The color matching required a custom blend of stains and the finished product is spot-on. He has many years of experience and a good work ethic, and it shows. Bertolli Floors is cream of the crop, and I highly recommend them. Thank you Bertolli brothers, Ronny and crew, and Jairo for a fantastic job!

Love our new floors and stairs Our home had mixed flooring: carpet on the stairs and in 2 rooms, solid hardwood elsewhere, and engineered hardwood in the kitchen. Hardwood Floors The Bertolli crew did an outstanding job on my hardwood floors. We had water damage from a broker pipes from the January's ice storm. If you are like me....and are looking for an installer who provides excellent customer service, quick response time, skilled workers, with a TRUE desire to please the customer....then Bertolli floors is your installer. I am a detail oriented, do-it-myself kind of guy. I hardly ever allow anyone to do the work on my home....because I expect things to be done correctly and with attention to details. Well, I must say, Bruno met my every expectation and his team of skilled installers transformed our worn out, faded hardwoods into a masterpiece. Bruno delivered just as he promised!! Which in today's world is a rare thing. Fransisco delivered the hardwood right on time....allowing the wood 3 days to acclimate to the house. He took great care in placing it out of the way and all without damaging any walls. Ronny and his crew walked into my house (right on schedule, and on-time as well)....and quickly put me at ease when he said " your house is my house now, you cn relax now." It was then, that I knew he was in charge and he would make sure the floors were installed correctly and carefully finished. They spent half the day taping everything up (i mean everything), prepping, screwing, glueing, and nailing, etc. His team went to work interlacing wood to join the existing rooms and new rooms together.....sanding, staining, buffing (2 times) and putting on 3 coats of poly. Ronny, Luciano, and the rest of the installing team worked non-stop, taking only a short lunch break each day. My wife and I were so impressed with Bruno and his team of installers, we asked him to give us an estimate on putting tile in our upstairs bathrooms and utility room. Without even shopping around, we decided to let Bruno flooring do the project. He was so reasonable, fair. The tile floors were masterfully installed by Rinnaldo, Kenio, and one other guy. They showed up on time and ready to work. They worked hard removing the old tile in the master bath and hall bath. These guys taped every possible crack up...in an effort to prevent any dust from getting out into the house. They did an OUTSTANDING job both in removing the debris without damaging anything and installing the tile at 45* angle. They transformed our dated bathroom flooring into a more modern work of art. We love the tile. Both the jobs were completed on schedule and without any delay or issues. Bruno even had a professional plumber come over to re-install the toilets - all in an effort to make sure I was pleased, and happy. When the jobs were all done.....we were really impressed with the attention to detail, the quality of the flooring and tile, the craftsmanship that was put into both projects and the one-of-a-kind customer service we received from Bruno, Fransisco, Ronny, Luciano, Kenio, Ronnaldo, and Lucival. I must say, I enjoyed talking with Bruno so much that I was a little sad to say good-bye. I almost wish I could have given him more projects to do. Coming from abroad it is not obvious to find a good and quick solutions for some works to be carried out. Trying to deal with this in a modern way we typed "Atlanta" and "Quickstep" into the browser. These Guys Are Great! Someone else wrote that the doorbell rang at 830 am and there stood Ronny and his team. Well, when the doorbell rang I looked at my watch and it said precisely ’08:30’! We had Bertolli Floors install exotic Brazilian teak throughout our entire first level. It turned out to be gorgeous and the work was done with meticulous attention to detail, including shoe moldings, picture framing around the fireplace, and insuring that all doors fit properly. Ronny and his crew work incredibly fast. They are like a ‘well-oiled’ machine and boy do they work hard. They obviously take pride in their work. We really enjoyed working with Bruno Bertolli also. He was extremely prompt, friendly, and courteous in meeting with us and responding to all of our requests. We got a number of estimates, visited showrooms, etc. Some were lower priced, some were higher priced. However, Bruno and his brother Philip did the most complete and thorough job of inspecting our sub-floor conditions (underneath the carpeting and parquet flooring). They spent quite a bit of time examining our current floor conditions. Their description of our sub-flooring needs was perfectly accurate. They gave a very detailed proposal estimate. Their price was among the lower prices we received. In our opinion it was very fair. We especially appreciate that Bruno and Ronny did everything precisely on the schedule agreed to: no delays, no hassles, no excuses. So we say ‘bravo’ to ‘the boys from Brazil’!

The door bell rang at about 8:30 a.m. Here stood four guy's , Bertolli flooring technicians ready to go to work and work they did. Ronny seemed to be the leader but he did not have to lead much because every one of them knew what to do and went about doing their job's in a very professional and organized manner. Most impressive was how they laid a walkway of the old flooring across the ground so not to track dirt & grime into the house. About 5;00p.m. the job was finished they had laid 700sg ft of hardwood. Not one complaint, Our new floor is beautiful.Their price was very competitive and the job they did is out standing, But most of all with a great attitude.

We had hardwood floors installed in our foyer, family room and dining room (approximately 900 s.f.). In addition, we had our stairway updated. Prior to the hardwood floors, our foyer was tiled, and our family room, dining room and stairway were carpeted.Member Comments: We decided to update the main living area of our house, which had tile in the foyer, carpet in the family room, carpet in the dining room, and carpet on the stairway. In addition, the stairway railing was old (painted wood) and dated. We wanted real, site-finished hardwood floors (as opposed to laminated or factory-finished floors). I am a detail-oriented person, so I really did my homework on selecting a company to do my hardwood floor installation and update my stairway. I had 4 companies out for quotes. By far, Bertolli impressed me the most. First, both Bruno and Phillip came out the same day I called. Second, they spent the most time looking at my existing flooring and explained to me what would be necessary for the installation. They answered all my questions and provided a printed competitive quote on the spot. What I really liked about these guys is they didn't rush through the process, they spent time here. I could tell that these guys were all about doing a great job on the floors. Of course after they left, I had other questions, so I contacted them by email. I must say these guys are THE MOST RESPONSIVE contractors I have EVER used. They answered my questions promptly and completely, not only before the job started, but during the job and after the job was completed. These guys KNOW customer service. I had some other remodeling work that had to be completed before the floors were installed. Bertolli worked with me to meet my schedule. On the first day of the installation, the whole crew showed up. The lead guy, Ronnie, explained what they would be doing and gave me his cell # in case I had questions for him; he also said if I have ANY questions or concerns during the installation to please let him know. Once the installation started, they moved along at a good pace. The crew wasn't hanging out and being chit-chatty -- everyone one the crew was working hard to get the job done, and done right. In our foyer, they had to remove tile and a concrete subfloor, which they did with ease. They also had to remove the existing particle board, and then lay down additional plywood for the subfloor so the hardwood had a sufficient underlayment. (This is where your homework pays off -- I had one company out that said it would be okay to nail the hardwood into my existing particle board, which is totally incorrect). About a week later, everything was complete including staining and polyurethane on the floors. During the sanding process, they protected doorway openings to other parts of the house to minimize the dust. I was really impressed -- hardly any dust from the sanding. Once complete, our floors looked GORGEOUS. We were so thrilled, they totally changed the character of our house, exactly what we wanted. Now, it couldn't all be perfect, because that's just the nature of EVERY remodeling job. So, there were a few minor things we weren't happy about on the stairway. I contacted Bruno and Phillip, once again very responsive, and at one point they both came out to see the issue, which I really appreciated. They saw, they understood, and they made arrangements to take care of the problem. A few days later, problem solved and it was PERFECT. To me, this is the greatest test of a company -- how responsive they are to correcting problems, and these guys were the BEST. So, in conclusion, my initial instinct after meeting these guys during the sales call was correct: they are professional, service-oriented and do GREAT work. I would recommend and use the Bertolli again in a heartbeat.

My husband and I purchased a home built in the 1950's with original hardwood floors. Bertolli Floors came the next day after we called for a free estimate. They were professional and very thorough, looking in places I forgot to tell them about and making sure every surface was included. They worked up the estimate in 10 minutes and had a printed copy, one including a room we weren't sure about and one without so we could compare. When we called to hire them, they were in the home the SAME DAY repairing the areas to be ready for sanding the next day. A gentleman came that evening to stain a small area of the floor to show us colors we were interested in so we could make a more informed decision. Before I knew it, they were done. Bertolli Floors had sealed floors with 4 coats of sealant in order to protect the floors, even though I only paid for 3, and they even buffed the one room that we didnt have done. Two transitions were placed and one was even stained darker to match the floors that weren't done by Bertolli. The Bertolli brothers are VERY good at what they do and our floors look brand new. The repairs blend right in and look like the original floors. My husband and I are so impressed and we will definately be using them again for any floor needs. The crew cleaned up after themselves and locked up every time they left. We will be recommending this company to all our friends!

As a result, we called Bertolli when the stair treads that we special ordered arrived. They arrived on time to start the job. They moved furniture from the areas to be sanded for no additional charge. After the floors had been refinished they returned and moved the furniture back for me. I was afraid that it would be difficult to match the new flooring with the existing hardwood floor but they did a very good job. There were a couple of places I noticed that needed to be touched up. I called them and they came and fixed it with no problems, I was very happy with their service.

I just replaced my carpet with hard wood flooring on first level to match my existing flooring. I am glad I chose Bertolli after consulting with four contractors. 1. Bertolli is the only one who came to my house for estimation on the same day I called him. 2. Bertolli is the only one provides a quote with all details listed including flooring rate, supplying material rate, labor rate, etc. So you understand how your money is spent. 3. Bertolli answered all my questions (like what kind of glue they are using etc) on time and accepted my suggestions to modify their plan. 4. Bertolli provided more samples to match my existing floor and finally they found the original flooring. 5. Ronny and his team arrived my house on time, listened to my concern and explained their solution patiently, understood what I need, did what they promised to do, asked my permission before sanding the subfloor (which charge extra), finished flooring in one day (around 1000 sf), cleaning the floor and even my furniture! 6. Although there are a few small issues for the estimation and installation, but they fixed them quickly (Ronny fixed them on the same day I told them). 7. Bertolli’s price is very reasonable compare with their excellent job. One suggestion to Bertolli: A formal contract which includes installation plan, payment schedule, warranty, preparation list for owner, and flooring caring instruction etc will be helpful and make your company looks more professional. Overall, I highly recommend Bertolli for hard wood flooring installation!

We are changing our house from carpeting to solid hardwood flooring in stages. The first stage was the entrance hall, first floor hallway, and our eat-in kitchen. That was not done by Bertolli Floors. Our second stage was the 30' x 15' living room and 15' x 15' dining room, and that WAS done by Bertolli Floors. The same factory prepared solid oak flooring was used. The square footage of both stages is about the same. Differences between the two installers are more than just noticeable. 1. Bertolli Floors was less expensive. 2. Bertolli delivered the flooring to our house days in advance so that the wood flooring could “season” to our particular house, and our particular temperature settings 3. The Bertolli team, headed by Ronny was prompt. There was none of that: “We will be there sometime between 8:30 and 10:30.”. We were told that they would be there at 8:00 am, and our door bell rang at 8:00 am. 4. During the installation, if the installer of the first stage used one nail, Bertolli’s team put in three. 5. The Bertolli floors are seamless with no gaps between the floor boards. You don’t even want to know what the first stage installer left behind. 6. The Bertolli team took great pride in their work. When they were finished, Ronny brought us in to see the flooring and announced: “Now these are Bertolli floors.”. Then he began to take pictures of the installation in our house. EXCEPTIONAL AND OUTSTANDING QUALITY SERVICE!!! I first learned about Bertolli Floors on Kudzu. There were so many rave reviews for Bruno and the Company; I thought I must give this company a call. I could have hired them based on the reviews alone, but because of my business teachings; I contacted three contractors for an estimate. Bruno came out first, so the bar had been raised and the standards were high. The other two contractors were no comparison. One contractor wrote out an estimate on a steno pad, and the other just pulled a quote out of his head. Bruno and Bertolli Floors won my business hands down. What impressed me most was the fact that I received a professionally printed estimate on the same day. Bruno went to his truck and moments later, I had an estimate. I initially contracted Bertolli to do the hardwood floors, but I was so pleased that I also employed them to do a backsplash. WOW! After moving into my house I discovered that the carpet was trashed. I had a quick turn around time from quote to installation. No other vendors could work with my time line. Based on only Kudzu reviews, I called Bruno at Bertolli Floors. I had hardwoods in half of my house already and didn't know what kind/color they were. Bruno came on short notice for the quote, gave great advice on what hardwoods would match the ones that were already there, and gave me a great price. Let's try the beginning...we have needed to replace our 20 + yr old carpet forever, especially because of bad allergies, but could never get it to the top of the priority list with all the other needs of a family of six. With our youngest now being over 20, it was time to bite that bullet! A couple of weeks ago we compared prices for both Home Depot & Lowes to install pre-finished hardwoods in our family and dining rooms. We thought we had a pretty good deal, but decided to do further research online. The name "Bertolli" caught our eye (the name of our olive oil and Susan, as a 1st generation Italian was drawn straight to it :) We have never seen so many amazing reviews for ANY business, it seemed too good to be true. We sent in a "fast quote" on their website. Though it was AFTER MIDNIGHT, we received a first estimate back in abt 20 minutes! (don't hold them to that, but it was our experience :) It was less expensive than the others with Bertolli offering MORE for the $. Bruno actually came over the NEXT DAY for the FREE final estimate. He was absolutely professional, knowledgeable and delightful. We were planning on removing the old carpet ourselves to save money, but their price was so reasonable it was a no- brainer to let them do it! As feared, the floors under the carpet were horrible and needed additional work. It was done remarkably well at a price that was much less than many would have charged. Ronnie and the crew were amazing and completed a flawless job by 6 pm!! (This was a minor miracle considering all the extra work, plus every detail of replacing all our floor molding, applying solution to prevent mold, etc) Jim, as a tradesman himself, is not easily pleased and could not say enough about their expertise. The floors look gorgeous and the guys cleaned up everything after themselves. We are looking forward to progressing to the upstairs carpet as we are able. Excellent workmanship, beautiful floors I hired Bertolli floors to repair and re-finish a parquet floor. They discovered some issues which made the repair/refinish option impossible. If they had gone ahead with it, I would have loved the floor, but it would have had problems within a few years (or maybe even months). Instead, they worked with me to provide a beautiful new wood floor. Their professionalism in quotes, responses to phone calls and email is excellent. All workmen showed up on time and the quality of the work is extremely good, you get an excellent product at a reasonable price. I highly recommend Bruno and his company. I hired Bertolli Floors to replace my dated, linoleum kitchen floor with laminate flooring, to remove carpeting in three bedrooms and to sand and stain the hardwood floors in the bedrooms, the hallway and the living room. Member Comments: From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Bruno Bertolli and his brother came to my house to give me an estimate. I originally wanted cork or bamboo, but after a lengthy discussion I decided on laminate and staining of existing hardwoods. We were on vacation while the work was done. My mother was the local contact. She had a lot of questions, and Bruno answered every one, always returning her call promptly. I also asked a lot of questions via e-mail and always got a prompt response. The workers were extremely courteous to my mother and followed the schedule Bruno provided in an e-mail. My floors were in really bad shape, and the crew had to do a lot of sanding. I chose a light stain with a matte finish. The results are beautiful. In the kitchen, the laminate looks great. They left me some additional laminate in case I damage the floor and need to make replacements. When they were finished, they moved the furniture back into the rooms. Although their price seemed high, I now think it was appropriate for the considerable time and labor involved. This job could have been a huge hassle because we were on vacation, but it was totally hassle-free. Only after we returned did Bruno tell me my fridge had a leak and he called a plumber to fix it.

Bertolli was one of three estimates we received for refinishing our floors. we chose this company for reputation and a reasonable price. after the floors were finished my wife and i had hoped the floors would be stained darker. Bruno worked with us to refinish and restain the floors again. Although that was an inconvenience, Bruno and his team (Lewis) were very accomodating and importantly, did a beautiful job. I really appreciate these guys and the high standards they represent. How a company responds to customer concerns is exceptionally important, and these guys were very responsive and understanding in that regard, and we really appreciate them. I would recommend that you make sure you like the stain that you choose and have the company you choose place the stains in two or three places in the home to make absolute sure it is the stain you want.

Installed Wonderful Bamboo Flooring A couple years ago we had Bamboo flooring installed which my wife and I have been extremely satisfied with for it's ability to withstand abuse from our dogs. When we first called Bertolli out we had little hopes of matching our existing Bamboo flooring, but in fact they matched it perfectly and finished off about 800 sq feet of flooring in our house as well as a bamboo treaded staircase. The installers were very friendly and likable. The craftsmanship proceeded diligently and they were extremely detail oriented. The work was completed within the estimated timeframe and the areas were cleaned up. I would recommend Bertolli Floors to anyone that needed a recommendation.

Outstanding job! Not only they finish my project in 2 days, they did with the upmost professionalism. I had all the carpet ripped off and wood flooring installed in my 1200sf home. It was raining on the first day, I was working from home when received a call, it was Bruno telling me the installers were on the way to my home and that they would be a little bit late. Fifteen minutes later, they were there ready to start working. The installers also apologized for being late, bud said that I should not worry as they would be able to finish up everything on time. Bertolli almost completed all the work on the first day. Next day I had to leave the house, but left the front door opened to them. It's not always easy to trust your home to someone but I felt extremely comfortable with Bertolli l in my home installing the new floors. A company to rely on. I was looking for a company I felt I could trust and do what they said they're going to do. Bertolli did all that and also made sure that the job was done right. After the removal of the old carpet, they noticed a few areas on the concrete that needed to be repaired at extra costs. They explained me that they could proceed without performing the repairs, but it was recommended to do it, if I wanted the final results to be perfect. I ended up having the repairs done prior installation and am glad they offered me both options. I had three different projects completed by Bertolli (Ceramic tile installed on my kitchen, hardwood on the other areas and new carpet installed on my stairs). They completed the projects as scheduled ( 5 days in a roll) and it looks beautiful! Bruno is also a very nice person. You can tell when you meet and I am hard to impress. You will not be disappointed when you hire Bertolli Floors to do your project.

Straightforward Bertolli refinished hardwood and laminate floors for two properties. Bertolli had the best value out of 3 estimates from other companies. No need for others - just call Bruno Out of four companies, three showed up for an estimate, and only one really "listened" to what we wanted - Bruno Bertolli. They started and finished 1300-1400 square feet of the most beautiful Brazillian Cherry, engineered flooring in ONE DAY. Granted, I pulled up the flooring in all but the master bedroom - BUT ONE DAY - WOW ! ! ! ! They even worked around my wife who worked at home all day (she telecommutes) and our three cats. The ONLY way it could have gone smoother was if Bruno had simply "snapped his finger" to magically change the floors (which, with only one days work, he may have very well done that). You could purchase flooring from some other company and obtain the same flooring product, but the level of service you might receive is not worth the risk - CALL BRUNO BERTOLLI. Straightforward Bertolli refinished hardwood and laminate floors for two properties. Bertolli had the best value out of 3 estimates from other companies. They were able to install new shoe molding for the same price. I was given a written estimate for the work. The crew came when they said they would and the work was excellent - floors look like new. His crew was able to remove some urine/water stains for a resonable price. I was always able to contact Bruno if I had any concerns. Good company and I highly recommend them!

The two brothers came the first week, measured the floor and discussed the wood choices. The next week, the wood was delivered exactly when specified. The following week two men came and installed the wood floors. It took about 13 hours, but the guys worked hard and did a good job. Another guy stopped by and installed iron balusters in my banister. The combined look really is nice. I will schedule this company to install carpeting in a couple of months.

My husband and I had hardwood floors installed back in July of 2008. We researched millions of hardwood companies and were not very pleased with any until we stumbled across Bruno and Phillip Bertolli. We were so impressed with their knowledge and expertise about the different kinds of hardwoods. We were a little hesitant to use them at first because we thought they were too young to have a business. However, we were wrong. These brothers are the best in town. They are very honest young men and they have good installers/crews. Our crew was exceptional. I especially love the supervisor, Francisco Banietti. He is such a remarkable man with such high morals. I really love the fact that Bruno and Francisco have a lot of patience with their customers.They are always available to listen and are very quick to correct any problems that may occur. As a result, we are using them again to install hardwoods upstairs and refurnish our stairwell. Although, they are are not complete, I have confidence that they will complete the job perfectly before the Christmas Holiday. BRUNO'S SAVED ME MORE THAN ONCE! Bruno has had to do my kitchen floors three times now. It's not been his fault. The first time he did them, I was beginning remodeling my kitchen and sunroom last NOvember, 2007. He did a wonderful job. This past July, I had water damage, and the floors in the kitchen and hall had to be ripped up and I called Bruno to redo them. At the same time, I figured I would just have the entire kitchen remodeling finished. so, Bruno, in good faith refinished the hardwoods. Then the contractor, an immature, and irresponsible guy, damaged the floors horribly when he tried to slide in huge appliances on a piece of cardboard, so Bruno had to come and do the floors for a third time. The contractor tried to run and deny responsibility, and I only got half the price of the remodeling again from him. However, Bruno is great, and took the news like the professional he is, and has just finished the kitchen floors for the third time. They look fantastic, and I am so grateful that I know Bruno. It is sadly rare in these times to find a craftsman or remodeler who will actually do a good job and have integrity. My contractor will never get a good review or recommendation from me, but Bruno is great. You CAN trust Bruno. Our experience with Bertolli Floors could not have been any better! We had water damage in our kitchen floors. They replaced a few boards, sanded the floors down and installed the stain + 3 coats of the finish within only 2 days! We decided to refinish the dining, living and foyer area as well. Since we did all those rooms we were able to change the color of the floors. The result was PERFECT!!! We will recommend them to anyone. Fantastic job Bertolli Floors Fantastic job. This was a small area (3' X 6') that was water damaged. They gave me a professional, very economic estimate. They were there two days later to replace some of the floor and sand the rest. I couldn't tell that they had even been in the house except that the floor was replaced. The next day they stained it and a couple of days later it was finished. Always scheduled their appointments and were always on time. A VERY REFRESHING organization to work with. I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. (And this was a small, pesky job. I can't imagine the work they would do on a larger job!)

Beautiful refinishing job These folks refinished the floors in my 1920's ancestral home (now a rental property). Bruno Bertolli gave a very professional estimate, and he and his crew arrived when promised, did the work well, cleaned up, and did a fine job overall. I got 4 estimates, and this company was not the cheapest, but they were available on short notice (this was between renters, and needed immediate attention) and I was impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. I had a few complaints during the walk-thru (a corner or two, a threshold they missed), but they were corrected quickly and well.

Perfect! We only needed some repair work done on our existing hardwoods. Most companies didn't want to deal with us because our job was so small. but Bruno and Bertolli floors were professional, on time, and very eager to do even the smallest amount of work. We had a few water damaged boards that needed replacing, which caused a whole small section of 25 sq. ft to be replaced because the exising wood floor boards were glued together. I say Best in Town!!!! I called Bruno and had him come out to the house and give us an estimate on hardwood floors. Not only was he on time, but he was early. He came with several samples of different woods and explained the process to us in detail. After we picked the wood we wanted Bruno ordered it and it arrived NEXT DAY!! 3 days later and they were at our house istalling floors.
